Tagliatelle with lemon

280 g Tagliatelle
3 lemons untreated
50 g of cream
50 g of butter
40 g of grated cheese

Preparation
In a pan melt the butter, when it becomes frothy add the grated zest of two lemons, cook,
pour the cream, stir, add salt, heat.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain when al dente, mash them in the pan with the
sauce, stir gently.
Put the Tagliatelle on a serving dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorated with peel,
cut into julienne the remaining lemon.
