Penne Ziti rigate with cherry tomatoes and Pecorino cheese

400 gr. of mature Cherry Tomatoes 200 gr. Penne Ziti Rigate
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
4 tablespoons of grated Pecorino cheese
salt
pepper Pepe q.b.

Preparation
Wash the tomatoes and then cut them all in half.
Put in a pan the extra virgin olive oil.
Make a layer of tomatoes and put some chopped basil.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated pecorino cheese.
Make another layer of tomatoes and put the remaining chopped basil.
Then season with salt and pepper.
Finally delivering on the surface the two tablespoons of grated cheese left.
Sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
After cooking, remove from the oven the pan but keep warm.
Meanwhile, to boil the pasta al dente and put on dish.
Finally pour over the Pasta the tomatoes and serve hot.
